All sales final for prescription orders. Please make sure your prescription details are correct before starting an order.

For all returns send us an email to contact@luxframes.co.uk with your order number & we will send you an address to return your items to. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns you make. Once your return has been evaluated and approved we will give you the option to refund or exchange your product
